If you have a question or problem, you can call our toll free 800-number anytime between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, seven days a week. Your call will be answered by a real person who will address your issue right then.
The program will also do a Backup for Email and put all of your data into a single file, tell you the name of the file, where it's located and instruct you to attach the file to an email and send it to Mort. When received, your data will be reconstructed and you will be called to discuss your issues.
Printing is available from every screen. Forms are included in the User's Guide that can be of great help with your merchandising.
