Our Open To Buy Software Is Priced Right

THE OTB BOOK software sells for a one time cost of $699.00. There are no additional charges and the FREE support is a part of every order. All orders are taken by phone. That way, all of your questions are answered before you order. Sales tax will be charged to California retailers.

If you have more than one store, the multi-store program costs an additional $50.00 for each store after the first. The multi-store program is essentially multiple single store programs under one umbrella allowing the retailer to consolidate the OTB plans for all stores into a single overall OTB plan. Each store is set up and planned separately since they will always be different in terms of their sales and inventory needs.

THE OTB BOOK is capable of interfacing with other inventory, POS, or accounting software, but probably won't. The problem is that the other software must export the data we need and we have had problems getting them to agree to do so. Interface specifications are available and will be emailed to any other software provider on request.

The truth is, it is really unnecessary to interface THE OTB BOOK with other software since the data input is minimal. We are looking for monthly totals by department. Consequently, after the initial setup, only monthly sales (one figure per department), and a current inventory (also one figure per department) need be entered. Finally, the program needs to know your On Order and that can be entered either By Order, or By Totals per department by delivery date if that information is available from your other software.
