Mort Haaz Developed Our Open To Buy Software

Mort Haaz has been involved in retailing since 1965 and has owned and operated small and large single stores as well as multiple-store operations. In 1970 Mort developed an open to buy system for his own use and in 1985 formed OTB Retail Systems and began marketing his paper system to other retailers as THE OTB BOOK. In 1987 he introduced THE OTB BOOK as IBM compatible software. In addition to presenting seminars on open to buy planning and consulting with other retailers, Haaz writes articles for trade publications and markets and supports THE OTB BOOK software.

Along with his personal retail experience, Mort has had 23 years of helping other retailers through the use of THE OTB BOOK Software. Consequently, Mort is extremely qualified to help each of his customers with not only their open to buy, but any issue they face as retailers.
